A better title for this page would be the Live Longer, Healthier, Slimmer and Happier Library of Wellness - that would cover it!  So why is a personal trainer writing about  aging, cancer, exercise, heart disease, vitamins and the like? Because these are the subjects that interest me and are related to a total wellness approach.  Staying fit and active for as long as possible is an integral part of my lifestyle.  If this is where you are or the general direction you want to head, read on.
